provide a licensee with all kinds of materials such
as catalogues, advertisements, management know-how,
sales promotion strategy, etc. which are helpful
to the business of the licensee in the territory.
If an infringement occurs in the territory, then
IP right's owners should quickly prosecute a civil
and/or criminal legal action against the infringer
to protect the licensee.
